You
should plan on arriving about 20 minutes before your appointment time
to complete the paperwork pertinent to your
current condition and medical history.
Examination
and Diagnosis
To help us determine your
diagnosis and treatment, the doctor will conduct a simple yet
thorough examination. Typical examination includes a standard
physical in conjunction with orthopedic and neurological tests
to help assess your range of motion, strength, and general physical
condition.
Tests such as X-ray or MRI, and
lab-work
will be ordered, if necessary. After all assessments have been made,
you will receive a complete report of findings and the doctor will
discuss an appropriate course of treatment to help you start on your
road back to good health.
Treatment
A
treatment program may consist of chiropractic adjustments,
massage therapy, and or physiotherapies and will be prescribed
based upon your
individual condition and personal goals. Recommendations for proper
nutrition, diet, and exercise may also be recommended to help you
recover faster.
Initial treatment will often result in immediate
improvement in symptoms but not all patients and not all conditions
respond the same. You will be given a professional assessment of what
to expect from your chiropractic treatments and an estimate of the
amount of treatments and time to recover based upon patients with
similar conditions. If you respond faster, treatments will be decreased
accordingly. If your case is a bit more complicated, you may need a
longer course of treatment. When you

leave. A co-payment plan or
other financial program can usually be
